This Privacy Policy explains what Perped ("Perped", "we", "us") collects when you use the Perped website and trading app (the "Services"), why we collect it, and the choices you have. Perped is a non-custodial interface for trading synthetic perpetual positions on tokens that live on Solana.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Perped does not ask for your name, email address or any identity document. What we store is tied to the wallet address you connect:

  • Your public wallet address, which identifies your Perped account.
  • Your Perped balance, deposits, withdrawals and liquidity deposits, including the public transaction signatures that fund them.
  • Your open and closed positions: token, side, leverage, size, entry and exit prices and results.
  • Basic technical data sent by your browser, such as IP address and user agent, which our hosting provider logs for security and reliability.

Anything you do on Solana itself, such as sending USDC to the Perped treasury, is public by design and visible to anyone on a block explorer.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

We never ask for or see your private key or seed phrase. Wallet connection happens in your own wallet software, and every transfer is signed there. We do not run advertising trackers.

HOW WE USE IT

  • To credit deposits, settle positions and send withdrawals to your wallet.
  • To show your balance, positions and trade history back to you.
  • To keep the Services secure, detect abuse and fix errors.

WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of providers to run the Services: a database host for account records, a hosting provider for the website, and a Solana RPC provider, and public market data services (DexScreener, GeckoTerminal and GMGN) for prices and charts. When you load a chart, your browser connects to GMGN directly under its own policy.

LOCAL STORAGE

Your browser remembers which wallet you picked so Perped can reconnect to it quietly next time. You can clear this at any time by disconnecting or clearing site data.

RETENTION

Trade and balance records are kept for as long as needed to operate the Services and meet legal and accounting obligations. On-chain transactions cannot be deleted by anyone.

YOUR CHOICES

You can stop using Perped at any time and withdraw your balance to your wallet. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete the off-chain records we hold about your wallet. We will honour those requests where the law requires it, except for records we must keep.

CHILDREN

The Services are not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly serve them.

CHANGES

We may update this policy as Perped changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
